RESORT POLICIES

POLICIES:

Rates in US Dollars are per room, per night, single/double occupancy and are subject to change. Packages and (summer) specials are subject to availability. Daily rates do not include a 10% nightly tax, 10% service charge, and Government Marketing Levy of $3 per person per day, and are subject to change without notice. A 15% gratuity charge will be added to all Food & Beverage checks. $100++ charge per night for third person over 12 years of age in room and $25++ for children ages 3-12. Rate includes continental breakfast buffet.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS:

A minimum length of stay may apply. Please inquire with our Reservations Department or your travel professional to obtain current information. Festive Season bookings require a ten-night minimum stay. Other major holidays may require a variable minimum stay.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS:

We require a deposit equal to 50% of your stay excluding tax and service charges at the time of booking. Final payment is due upon check out, inclusive of all taxes and service charges. Should you wish to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 30 days prior to arrival (14 days for bookings between May 1 and Aug 31st.) Cancellations or changes received within the cancellation period will result in full forfeiture of all deposits received. Packages must be pre-paid in full, including tax and service charge, by the final cancellation date. Festive Season: We require a 50% deposit at time of booking. Final payment is due on August 1 and cancellation after this date will result in forfeiture of the full prepayment. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against any unforeseen circumstances.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURES:

Guests may check in after 3:00 p.m. Check-out is at 12:00 p.m. daily.

PET POLICY:

The property allows up to one pet per room, with a 30 lb maximum weight limit. There is a one time, non-refundable charge of $125 plus a 10% service charge per stay, excluding food. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times and are not permitted in the restaurant, bar, pool area or spa. Permission for the importation of pets to the island must to be granted by the Department of Agriculture.

SMOKING POLICY:

All rooms and suites are designated as non-smoking. Guests wishing to smoke may do so on their private terrace.
